I draw to make those who seek the passion of art and creation happy.All funds go to my cat, Toddler: each commission pays his vet bills, his food, and improves his quality of life.I do freebies occasionally or host raffles for new VGen services on my Tiktok and Twitter.

Terms of Service
GENERAL
Commissions are for Personal Use only. My artwork may be used for personal display, such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement. AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs. I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw. Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is. You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $8 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.PAYMENTS & FEES
All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.REVISIONS
Revisions are only available during the sketch phase. Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commissions may take up to 2-5 months, depending on complexity, service chosen, queue, health, school, or personal matters. I will keep you updated if delays occur. If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $10 USD. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I MAY USE THE ART TO:

REFUNDS
I may cancel and refund a commission at any time. You may cancel before payment is made. Once payment is received, refunds are not available. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Filing a chargeback will:

Β· Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
Β· Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.

Tiktok is also a great place to post speedpaints. Posting slideshows dont work too much but sometimes if you start with a meme of the subject it can grab someone's attention for a slideshow. Number 9 is optional if you do things like strawpage requests!Also, its best to narrow down social media tags to the subject of the drawing than something like "art" "artdrawing" etc. Avoid using tags that have over 1 million posts it is bound to get lost. Instead aim for tags that have roughly 50k-500k posts.Have time in between commissions/don't have any commissions happening? Draw fanart! Share them on respected fandom group chats and respected discord servers to gather new clients!When advertising on social media/discord, avoid adding personal stuff/negative opinions on subjects. This can drive away potential clients. This is a professional account, put opinions on your personal accounts. Always remain neutral towards any drama or do not reply at all.Make sure when you open your comms and present them on social media, clients look for the following: clear pricing right away and examples.
They do not want to "dm for prices" or have to "click link in bio", if you do that you are adding extra steps for the client to take. Commission advertising needs to be simple, clear, and have examples.Make sure to have a thorough TOS before accepting commissions. You are welcome to copy and modify my TOS herePost every 2-3 days to keep up with consistency. Ideal times are on midday/evening during weekends and around late afternoon to evening on weekdays. (Assuming you are in the US; keep in mind schools get off at around 3PM typically and most jobs typically are off around 5PM during weekdays)
